WES PEOPLES HOMES

SYSTEMS · WEB · MARKETING · ANALYTICS

Who they are

A Central Texas homebuilder marketing several residential communities across New Braunfels and San Antonio, each with its own location, inventory, and kind of buyer.

The problem

Wes Peoples wasn't selling one thing to one audience; it was selling different communities to different buyers (investors and short-term-rental owners in one, higher-price downtown buyers in another, urban buyers in a third). But there was almost no digital infrastructure holding any of it together. Sales managers were recording lead information on physical note cards. There was no real social presence, and the website was built, then abandoned by a previous vendor, running out-of-date plugins and crashing frequently. The job was building the entire digital operation from the ground up: a CRM and lead tracking, Meta and Google ads, an overhauled social presence, custom reporting, and a full website rebuild, connected into one system a team could actually run.

What we built.

WEB

Launched a new website with dynamic community, floor-plan, and available-home infrastructure, including live status handling for available, pending, and sold homes, community-specific conversion paths, and tracking on every form start, submission, call, and email. We continue to run hosting, SSL, backups, updates, and security.

MARKETING

Rebuilt Google Ads around individual communities and search intent (ad-group architecture, match types, negatives, landing-page alignment), and ran community-specific Meta lead-gen with budgets and creative tuned to each community's performance, plus seasonal offers instead of one undifferentiated builder campaign.

SYSTEMS

Built separate email-and-SMS nurture sequences per community, with community-based lead assignment and automation that stops the moment a human replies, so acquisition connects to real sales follow-up instead of dying at a form submission. We also built a self-service lead-reporting tool agents use weekly: this tool reads the CRM exports, auto-detects the community, surfaces lead source and outcome, and flags gaps instead of hiding them.

CONTENT & ANALYTICS

An ongoing SEO article program built on real search demand, managed Search Console and multiple Google Business Profiles, cleaned-up GA/GTM with event-based conversion tracking, and monthly reporting across every channel.

For the first time, the team could see, and act on, where every lead came from and what happened to it.

They started on note cards. Now the whole operation runs and reports on itself.
