/ MARKETING & GROWTH

Show up where the decision gets made.

In search. In the feed. In the inbox. In the room. We build connected marketing around how your customers actually find, trust, and choose you, then measure what happened instead of calling activity a result.

Wes Peoples Homes campaign
(01) / ACTIVITY IS NOT A SYSTEM

More marketing is not always more demand.

A business can post every week, run ads, send emails, sponsor events, and still have no clear answer when someone asks what is working.

The channels may be active while the system between them is missing. Campaigns point to generic pages. Leads enter different inboxes. Sales follow-up varies by person. Reports count clicks without showing what happened next.

We start by connecting the decision path, then choose the channels that can move it.

  • Every channel is managed as a separate project.
  • Content is consistent in frequency but unclear in purpose.
  • Paid campaigns generate leads without revealing lead quality or outcome.
  • Search, social, email, and in-person activity tell different stories.
  • Follow-up depends on somebody remembering to do it.
  • Reports describe platform activity but not business movement.
(02) / THE ACQUISITION SYSTEM

One plan. The channels it actually needs.

We do not prescribe the same mix to every business. The audience, offer, market, sales process, and existing advantages determine where the work belongs.

Search & AI visibility

Technical and content strategy that helps the business appear when people ask traditional search engines and AI tools for services, answers, and recommendations.

Content & social

Useful, recognizable content built around the questions, proof, ideas, and moments that move the audience closer to a decision.

Paid search & social

Campaign structure, creative, targeting, landing-page alignment, budget management, and ongoing adjustment based on actual performance.

Email & SMS

Campaigns and nurture sequences that continue the conversation, organize follow-up, and give interest somewhere useful to go.

Local activation, print & events

The in-person advantage: relationships, events, local partnerships, print, and physical touchpoints that reach customers where digital-only agencies do not.

Automation, reporting & growth tooling

Lead routing, follow-up workflows, conversion tracking, dashboards, and practical tools that connect marketing activity to what the business can see and act on.

(03) / HOW WE RUN IT

Start with the decision. Not the channel.

01

Understand the market

We look at the audience, offer, competitive landscape, sales process, existing data, and the places the business already has an advantage.

02

Build the path

We connect message, channel, landing point, conversion action, lead handling, and measurement before increasing activity.

03

Launch the right mix

Search, content, paid, email, local, events, or print enter the plan because they have a job to do, not because they appear on an agency checklist.

04

Measure and adjust

We follow the signal from reach to response, learn which audiences and messages move, and change the work while it can still matter.

(04) / WES PEOPLES HOMES

Three communities. One measurable acquisition system.

Wes Peoples Homes was marketing different communities to different buyers, with almost no digital infrastructure holding the work together. Leads lived on physical note cards. The website had been abandoned. Paid media, content, social, follow-up, and reporting needed to become one working operation.

Blueprint rebuilt the system across four connected parts:

Demand

Community-specific Google and Meta campaigns, tuned to different audiences, locations, inventory, budgets, and seasonal offers rather than one undifferentiated builder campaign.

Content & visibility

An ongoing search-led article program, managed Search Console and Google Business Profiles, and a stronger social presence supporting each community and the wider brand.

Follow-up

Separate email-and-SMS nurture sequences, community-based lead assignment, and automation that stops when a human replies.

Measurement

Tracked forms, calls, and emails; cleaned-up analytics; monthly cross-channel reporting; and a self-service lead-reporting tool that surfaces source, community, outcome, and gaps.

REPORTED OUTCOMES
~300
Meta leads/mo, ~$8 blended CPL
+20%
Growth in organic Search Console clicks
19.4%
Google search impression share
41%
Average open rate on community nurture emails

For the first time, the team could see and act on where every lead came from and what happened to it.

(05) / DIFFERENT PATHS TO DEMAND

Not every growth problem needs paid media.

(06) / WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Acquisition does not end at form submission.

If the lead enters the wrong inbox, waits too long, receives the wrong follow-up, or disappears without an outcome, the marketing system is incomplete. That is why lead routing, nurture, automation, CRM visibility, and reporting sit inside Marketing & Growth. They connect demand to a response the business can actually deliver and measure.

01

Attention

Search, social, paid, local, event, print

02

Action

Call, form, booking, visit, reply

03

Follow-up

Routing, nurture, human response

04

Learning

Source, quality, outcome, adjustment

(07) / BUILT TO COMPOUND

Run the work long enough to learn from it.

Search needs time to earn trust. Campaigns need enough signal to distinguish a pattern from a good afternoon. Content gets stronger when it builds on what customers actually respond to. We stay close to the work, report in plain language, and change the plan as the evidence changes. The goal is not to keep every channel busy. It is to make the system more useful over time.

(08) / COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we start.

Which marketing channels do you manage?

Blueprint works across organic search, AI visibility, content, social, email, SMS, paid search, paid social, local activation, print, and events. The recommended mix depends on where the audience is and how the decision is made.

Do we need to use every channel?

No. A connected strategy does not mean doing everything. It means each active channel has a defined role and connects cleanly to the next step.

Can you work with the website and CRM we already have?

Yes. We assess what is already useful, where the gaps are, and whether the current tools can support the plan. A rebuild or platform change is recommended only when the existing setup is genuinely blocking the work.

Do you handle both strategy and execution?

Yes. Blueprint is built around principals and specialists who do the work themselves, from planning and creative through implementation, reporting, and adjustment.

How do you measure performance?

Measurement follows the decision path. Depending on the engagement, that may include visibility, qualified traffic, calls, forms, bookings, lead source, lead quality, nurture performance, sales outcome, and the cost required to produce them.

Is AI search part of the work?

Yes, where it matters to the audience. AI visibility builds on clear positioning, technically accessible pages, useful answers, strong local and third-party signals, and ongoing measurement rather than a separate collection of tricks.

Do you work outside Central Texas?

Yes. Search, content, paid media, email, automation, and reporting can be delivered wherever the business is based. Central Texas adds an in-person advantage for work involving local relationships, activations, print, and events.

What does an ongoing engagement cost?

We scope around the problem, channel mix, level of execution, media requirements, and reporting needs. The first step is understanding what the business is already doing and where the system is failing.
